Paweł Markiewicz
An attorney-at-law since 2006, specializing in commercial law, construction law, and infrastructure projects. For nearly two decades, he has been advising management boards of companies and public institutions in investment, contractual, and strategic processes.
He has held positions in supervisory and management bodies of key economic entities – including as a member of the supervisory boards of an international airport, one of the largest construction companies in Poland, and a municipal heating company, as well as a management board member of a special economic zone. This unique experience gives him an in-depth perspective not only as a legal advisor but also as a practitioner actively involved in top-level decision-making.
In his legal practice, he has advised some of the largest enterprises in Poland, including energy companies, a major national railway operator, a shipyard, an international airport, local government entities, state agencies, and banks. This wide-ranging expertise enables him to support clients effectively in major investments, transactions, and commercial disputes.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (2003) and the Jean Monnet Centre for European Studies (2003). He also completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Trading and Management at the University of Warmia and Mazury (2008) and holds an MBA from the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (2021).
In his professional practice, he combines legal expertise with the role of a strategic advisor, focusing on effectiveness and the implementation of innovative solutions, including AI-based tools.

dr Maciej Białuński
An attorney-at-law since 2019, specializing in labor law, railway law, public procurement, environmental law, as well as commercial and contract law, including litigation. His professional practice focuses on advising large business entities, supporting them in their day-to-day operations as well as in judicial and administrative proceedings.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk (2015) and completed his attorney-at-law training at the Olsztyn Bar of Attorneys-at-law. He has been licensed to practice since 2019. In 2023, he obtained a PhD in legal sciences (social sciences).
Dr. Białuński is the author of publications in the field of commercial and administrative law and has actively participated in national academic conferences. He also has experience as a member of the supervisory board of a municipal company.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, admitted to the Olsztyn Bar of Attorneys-at-law. Attorney-at-law, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. She completed her attorney-at-law training at the Olsztyn Bar of Attorneys-at-law and postgraduate studies in public procurement law at the University of Warmia and Mazury.
She specializes in real estate and investment law, banking law and contract law. She has extensive experience in handling disputes concerning foreign currency loans, including Swiss franc loans, as well as in real estate transactions and investment projects.
