Paweł Markiewicz

Attorney-at-law (radca prawny) since 2006, specializing in commercial, construction, and infrastructure law. For nearly two decades he has advised management boards of companies and public institutions on investment, contractual, and strategic matters, providing comprehensive legal support at every stage of project implementation.

 

He has extensive experience working with major business entities, including energy companies, nationwide railway operators, shipyards, airports, local government units, state agencies, and banks. His practice covers the drafting and negotiation of contracts, representation in commercial disputes, public procurement procedures, and corporate restructurings.

 

He has served on the supervisory and management boards of key economic entities, including an airport, one of Poland’s largest construction companies, a major municipal enterprise, and a special economic zone. This background enables him to combine legal expertise with a practical understanding of management processes and strategic decision-making.

 

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (2003) and the Jean Monnet Centre for European Studies (2003). He completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management at the University of Warmia and Mazury (2008) and an MBA program at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (2021).

dr Maciej Białuński

An attorney-at-law since 2019, specializing in labor law, railway law, public procurement, environmental law, as well as commercial and contract law, including litigation. His professional practice focuses on advising large business entities, supporting them in their day-to-day operations as well as in judicial and administrative proceedings.

 

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk (2015) and completed his attorney-at-law training at the Olsztyn Bar of Attorneys-at-law. He has been licensed to practice since 2019. In 2023, he obtained a PhD in legal sciences (social sciences).

 

Dr. Białuński is the author of publications in the field of commercial and administrative law and has actively participated in national academic conferences. He also has experience as a member of the supervisory board of a municipal company.

Malwina Wajda

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, admitted to the Olsztyn Bar of Attorneys-at-law. She gained experience in renowned law firms and has long specialized in advising public entities, including local government units and municipal companies.

 

Her practice focuses on administrative, civil, commercial law and public procurement. She conducts negotiations, drafts and reviews contracts, prepares legal analyses and opinions, and represents clients before courts, administrative authorities and the National Appeal Chamber.

Klaudia Jatkowska

Attorney-at-law, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. She completed her attorney-at-law training at the Olsztyn Bar of Attorneys-at-law and postgraduate studies in public procurement law at the University of Warmia and Mazury.

 

She specializes in real estate and investment law, banking law and contract law. She has extensive experience in handling disputes concerning foreign currency loans, including Swiss franc loans, as well as in real estate transactions and investment projects. She advises both individual and institutional clients in complex financial and contractual processes.

 

She combines legal expertise with a strategic approach to cases, providing clients with comprehensive and practical solutions.

Łukasz Tymolewski

Attorney-at-law with extensive experience in advising corporations, local government entities and individual clients. He has been associated with the firm since 2010, also serving as coordinator of project teams.
